On February 10th, Anhui Tezhong experienced one of the most intense yet rewarding working days of the year.
An urgent order from a customer in Botswana, Africa, was completed and dispatched within just one day — from receiving the deposit in the afternoon to shipping the machine to Shanghai Port at 11 PM the same night, in order to catch the customer’s booked vessel.
This was not simply a shipment. It was a real demonstration of Tezhong Speed and our commitment to sincere service.
Once the deposit was confirmed on February 10th afternoon, we immediately activated our internal emergency workflow:
Sales team coordinated with warehouse
Technical team confirmed machine condition
Production arranged urgent custom parts
Logistics prepared transport standby
The order included one TZ536 solar pile driver, which was available in stock.
Although it was an inventory machine, we strictly follow our pre-delivery inspection protocol. Even under time pressure, standards cannot be compromised.

Before shipment, we conducted full system checks including:
Hydraulic pressure testing
Travel system inspection
Mast verticality calibration
Power system trial operation
This debugging process took significant time, but quality control remains non-negotiable.
Fast delivery must never mean reduced standards.

The warehouse had almost all required accessories in stock, including:
Standard spare parts kit
Wear parts
300mm auger attachment
However, one key component — the hammer head — required custom manufacturing based on the customer’s provided dimensions.
As soon as we received the measurements, we immediately arranged emergency production.
This was not part of our normal production schedule. It was a priority insertion process to meet the vessel deadline.
To ensure same-day dispatch:
Engineers verified drawings on-site
Lathe operators worked continuously
Three cutting tools were worn out during machining
Under normal circumstances, we would not push production at such intensity. But with the customer’s vessel schedule already fixed, missing the shipment was not an option.
Responsibility comes first.
At around 11 PM, the custom adapter was completed.
The machine and all accessories were secured, reinforced, and carefully loaded.
The truck departed for Shanghai Port immediately.
The customer had already booked a vessel. If the machine failed to enter the port system that same day, it would directly affect their solar project schedule.
In overseas projects, time equals cost.
From deposit confirmation to dispatch — all completed within one day.
But what truly matters is not speed alone. It is the coordination behind it:
Sufficient inventory preparation
Responsive warehouse operations
Flexible production capability
On-call technical support
Efficient logistics coordination
This is a mature operational system — not temporary improvisation.
The Botswana customer urgently needed the equipment to maintain their solar project timeline.
We understood the pressure.
Instead of treating urgency as stress, we treated it as responsibility.
February 10th may be just another working day for us — but for our customer, it was a crucial milestone that ensured their project stayed on schedule.
At Anhui Tezhong, delivery is not just a transaction.
It is a commitment.
If you have urgent project requirements or need customized solutions, we are ready to respond — with professionalism, efficiency, and reliability.
Tezhong Speed. Driven by Sincerity.
